The proposal was magical: Dinner at a little Spanish-styled restaurant and 9 friends enjoying amazing food, wine and drinks. As dessert arrived, Bunni surprised Stevie and asked her to marry her, presenting their rings on a plate, with “Will You Marry Me?” scripted in chocolate sauce! Stevie was completely off guard but without hesitation, said “YES!”.

The magic continued and the next day as we met at the beautiful Denver Botanical Gardens, for a portrait session: The renowned floral and fauna displays made for perfect, story book scenes and the love could definitely be felt.

It was such an honor to join Bunni and Stevie and to help make Bunni’s surprise proposal ideas come true. I love documenting love!

The proposal went off seamlessly and our botanical garden portrait session was enchanting. Looking at our photos, we tear up, remembering how emotionally charged and excited we were on our engagement weekend and I can feel Stevie’s love for me in the expressions on her face in every photograph. We simply cannot wait to see what Melissa will do, come our wedding day!!”
