A few years back I found myself in constant demand for boudoir sessions outside in the forests of New York… I started seeing something remarkable happening. Women would message me wanting to do these goddess sessions, but everyone said how nervous, scared, or ashamed they were. Some of them hired me for photos for their loves ones, others were ladies that wanted to remember the prime of their bodies, some are yoga teachers, math teachers, doulas, but in almost every session by the time we were done photographing they were leaping around naked thanking me with a new sense of self love bubbling over. As if they needed permission to see their own bodies as works of art. Its been a joy to see women finally see themselves as beautiful through my photography. I had no idea over time how many women these sessions would empower. To reclaim their sexuality and to be their naked honest selves.
